ZEDA pieces may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days after receiving your order.
We don't return money.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its packaging. Once received, our team will evaluate the product to proceed or not with the store credit/exchange process.
To return an item, send us an email to hellozeda@gmail.com for us to provide you with our address.

If the damage is caused because of carelessly handling, not following product care instructions, an accident and/or attempted repair, it may not be subject to repair or return.
